  • The office is often closed during times of the month when residents need to stop in to drop off rent checks.

  • Management has ripped down our tenant-organizing posters, and threatened a resident with "enforcement action' if he tried to "speak with other residents about building operations."

MANAGEMENT HIDING SNACKS AND SODAS FROM TENANTS

In an act of probable retaliation against a tenant, management has moved free snacks and sodas to a staff-only closet, from which they can distribute them only to their favored tenants.
