We believe in renters' rights.

There are a BUNCH of problems in this building.
But the 5550 Tenants Association is dedicated to improving the living experience for all residents of The Fifty-Five Fifty, located at 5550 Hollywood.
We work tirelessly to address concerns, foster community relationships, and advocate for the rights of renters in our building against management (Avenue5 Residential) and ownership, (Grubb Properties).
If you don't already live in the building, we would NOT recommend it.
If you already live here, we're standing up to you -- demanding that management respect your tenant rights and provide the necessary renters support.
